- Built in 1896 as spa hotel
- 1908 acquisition of the hotel by the association of folk sanitarium
- Founded in 1907 the convalescent home had to gather all people who are less well-off and recreational needing who were not bedridden or suffered under a contagious disease
- A park with a fountain existed as well
- The facility was suitable for the absorption of 90 persons or more
- Since 1942 the building is used as city hall
